Today Eric and I met at the Strawberry Creek Power Station and headed for the old fire lookout on Cabin Peak. Beautiful single-track complete with mud and snow. At the top we were treated to views of the Salt River, Wyoming, and Wind River Ranges-totally worth the 5 hours, 4000 ft. of climbing round trip.
Ahhhh man, I thought for sure Winnie was going to trip you up. crazy dog. Great run!
OOps, I left Kim’s name on the comment.
thanks for the run, looking forward to Wednesday.
niiice! wish i could have made the trip but the hip ain’t having it. i am resigned to be a hiker this week and let it heal.
