Yesterday my good friend Mark Bodamer drove down from Spokane for a little adventure in the Tetons. Mark and I met when at Hagg Lake 50k when we both lived in Oregon. We nearly solved all the worlds problems on our runs in the Tillamook Forest and Mark inspired me with his stories of running 100’s. I was able to add a chapter to our good times on the trail with Leland Barker and Dave Atlas. It’s not everyday that you can run 39 miles with 3-hundred mile champions. (Leland- Wasatch 1999 & 2001, Mark-Mohican 1993, Dave-Superior 1995).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
