I was looking forward to blogging about my week of recovery, short stint on icy trails with Lucas and the Pocatello crew, and to report on my sub 4:40 attempt at the Simplot Games but Monday morning on my way into work I heard on WPR that Wray Landon had been killed in an avalanche in the Tetons this weekend. More information found HERE<\/a>. Wray is the Vaquero Loco 25k record holder. Last year he smashed his own record holding off local superstar Trevor Ricks. Our condolences to his family.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
